Do unused hours roll over?
Unused hours roll over to the next month of your partnership. Once your 3 months are over all hours reset at the beginning of a renewed partnership.
What can I use my hours on?
Nearly any design request you’d like (and I’ll complete it quickly, with an average turnaround time of 2 business days)! Click here for examples.
What if I need more hours than I purchased?
If you need more hours, you can always add them to your package or change packages altogether!
When will I be billed?
Your card on file will be automatically charged on the first of each month.

Once those are complete, you’ll receive simple instructions for how to submit design requests - and your only job from there is to sit back and chill while I handle it all.
