Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do! After your initial deposit is complete, we can break your remaining investment into up to six (6) monthly payments. TL;DR - we can work out a payment plan that works for you in our discovery call.
What’s your turnaround time for projects & design?
For brand and website combination projects, you can expect a 6-8 week turnaround after we get started. For brand design for small businesses, it’s closer to 4 weeks. This allows you to receive your files efficiently, while giving me the breathing room needed to research and test concepts.
How far in advance should I reach out?
I recommend reaching out at least 2-3 months before you’d like to launch your new brand and website. This gives you time to take care of other aspects of rebranding (like taking fresh photos or hiring a website copywriter!) while allowing enough time for the brand design process.
Do you also provide website copy?
I don’t - but I’ve got recommendations for people who do. 😉 If I’m designing your website, I’ll need your copy first (a big doc of all the words you want on your website). If you want to DIY it, I’ll provide an outline to ensure you don’t miss the important stuff - but to get the most out of your website project, I recommend hiring one of my trusted copywriting referrals!
